EPIC and Senior Center, has been issued to your company.
The work consists of the reroofing of approximately 50,035 sq. ft. of flatroofed areas of the EPIC building,
located at 1801 Riverside Avenue, Fort Collins, CO and reproofing of approximately 10,500 sq. ft. of flat
roofed areas of the Senior Center Building located at 1200 Raintree Drive, Fort Collins, CO extent as
indicated on the Drawings, including tearoff of existing materials and new rigid board insulation, membrane
roofing and flashings.
A prebid conference and job walk with representatives of prospective Bidders for the EPIC Roof
Replacement will be held at 10:00 a.m., on November 25, at EPIC Center, 1801 Riverside, Fort Collins, CO
and will then go to the Senior Center, 1200 Raintree, Fort Collins, CO.
