RE: Add Elevators to P1140 and Set Maintenance Costs for 2009
Dear Mr. Crane:
As of November 15, 2008, please add the elevator at Northside Center, 112 East Willow, Fort
Collins, to the list of elevators covered by the City/Schindler maintenance agreement at a cost of
$127 per quarter. As of January 1, 2009, add the three elevators at the New Police Building to
the maintenance agreement at a cost of $133 per elevator, per quarter.
In addition, and per your request, we approve a 5.0% increase in maintenance and repair costs
for calendar year 2009. The revised maintenance cost shall be $133 per elevator, per year.
Please provide Jim Hume, Senior Buyer, with a list of revised repair labor charges incorporating
the 5.0% increase.
