#2)d) Service Provider Operations - Hauling costs to add exception that City will pay per pull cost to
haul Glass Only bins.
2. Description of Change: REVISE STATEMENT TO READ: Hauling costs for recycling all
materials will be assumed by Service Provider; with the exception that the City will pay $125,00 per
pull for Service Provider to haul 30 yard Glass Only bins from Rivendell to Loveland's drop-off
location.
3. EFFECTIVITY DATE: TO COMMENCE UPON DATE OF EXECUTION SHOWN BELOW
