Clean and reuse the existing roof drain bells, Replace any drain bells that aren't reusable at an additional cost of $600,00 per drain bell. 3. Install BPS taper system set in low rise adhesive over concrete decks. 4. Install %" cover board over the BPS taper system set in low rise adhesive. 5. Install Fully adhered 60 mil Thermoplastic (TPO), Including all necessary accessories and flashings to complete the roof system. 6, install pitch pans around duct work stands and fill with two part sealer, 7- Use compression type flashings around all HVAC units where needed, 8. Install preformed TPO boots and field wrap all pipes over 6" in diameter, 9. Install term bar around the perimeter of the parapet wall. 10. Total investment for this work is $74,673.00. 11. Upon completion of the work and payment in full, a j3:= workmanship and N!Year membrane manufacturer's warranty will be issued, Acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms and conditions pertaining to this proposal is assumed upon accepting signature. 12, Option : Remove metal wall panels from roof top metal building and waterproof with ice & water shield.
