This is the scope of work for 220 Howes St.(I4,175 so
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Tighten screws around perimeter of facility, two steel beams up from each side.
2. Cut back all tree limbs around facility.
3. Check all penetrations and 3 coarse if needed.
4. Check closure strips for deterioration and replace if needed.
5. Apply Polyfoil tape a long the mini gabel metal edge.
6. Coat screws with Tremiite coating where needed.
7. Sky lights are deteriorated to where the fibers are exposed.
We propose to do this work for a not to exceed figure of $3500.00
