1. Remove and dispose of misting roofing.
2. Inspect plywood deck and replace any damaged decking. If any decking requires
replacement an additional charge of $1.45 per square foot will be incurred.
3. Install. 20" galvanized valley flashings at all applicable details.
4. install pre -finished 211x2" metal drip edge on eaves.
5. Install one ply of 30 lb. felt underlayment.
6. Install GAF -Elk shingle starter with sealant (seals shingles along eaves & rakes).
7, Install GAF -Elk ice Bc water guard in valleys,
9, Install new neoprene pipe flashings at all plumbing vents.
9. Check all wall and roof penetration flashings and repair as necessary to assure a
watettight roof covering.
10, install GAF -Elk Timberline Prestique High Definition 30 Architectural Class A
Laminated Shingles. Owner selects color and print here
It. Install valleys in a closed fashion.
12. install GAF -Elk manufacturer hip and ridge cap in a double covered fashion,
13, Appropriate length roofing 6-nails shall be used as fasteners in lieu of staples.
14, Clean and remove all related debris.
15, ACC Roofing, Too. will obtain & pay £or local building permit.
16, Total investment for this work is $8,595.00..Please call our office and check on contract
price if acceptance date goes beyond 15 days.
17. Upon completion and payment in full, this work will have the GAF -Elk System .Plus
Warranty, which includes a 15-year non -prorated transferable manufacturer backed
labor warranty in conjunction with the 30-year material manufacturer's warranty and
110 mph wind coverage.
18. Option: Install new 7/16" OSB over spaced decking, if necessary, is an additional
