Re Renewal Kids Nite Out Concession

The City of Fort Collins wishes to extend the agreement term for the above captioned proposal
per the existing terms and conditions The term will be extended for one (1) additional year
August 28 2008 through August 28 2009
ADD ARTICLE 14- Right of City to Enter Inspect and Make Repairs
14 1 5 To hold classes in the designated areas (upstairs fitness/dance rooms) of the
budding that do not interfere with Concessionaires operations
ADD EXHIBT A Scope of Work
2 II Concessionaire will maintain an average number of 150 or more participants per
night for the season in order to be considered for another contract renewal
• 15 (Signs) I (Add as sentence 2 ) All posted signs must be removed at the end of each
event
• 16 (Advertising) I (Add as sentences 2 and 3 ) An outlined marketing plan is to be
submitted by Concessionaire and approved by Recreation Supervisor one month prior to
the start of the program Updated marketing material will be delivered by Concessionaire
to the center and posted on a monthly basis
If the renewal is acceptable to your firm please sign this letter in the space provided include a
current copy of insurance naming the City as an additional insured and return all documents to
the City of Fort Collins Purchasing Division P O Box 580 Fort Collins CO 85022 within the
next fifteen days
If this extension is not agreeable with your firm we ask that you send us a written notice stating
that you do not wish to renew the contract and state the reason for non -renewal
