HomeMy WebLinkAbout170755 LARIMER COUNTY YOUTH CONSERVATION CORPS - PURCHASE ORDER - 8853188 (2)?;SriIFS Larimer County Youth Conservation Corps 2008 Sponsor Agency Agreement This Agreement between Lorimer County Youth Conservation Corps hereinafter called LCYCC and iFort Collins Natural Areas - Trails hereinafter called Sponsor Agency wail serve as a mutual agreement for the provision of service opportunities for LCYCC Members This Agreement will be used to outline the roles and responsibilities of LCYCC and the Sponsor Agency Purpose of the LCYCC The general purposes of the LCYCC are to empower youth from diverse backgrounds to become engaged citizens by completing service projects for the environment and community and promoting skill development for personal and professional growth The LCYCC provides summer seasonal positions for Lorimer County residents within the ages of 16-19 to support the local environment and community Roles and Responsibigttes LCYCC A Crew Leader and Crew Mentor provided by LCYCC will supervise a crew of 8 members with a minimum of 320 hours of service with a threshold of 400 hours These hours will Include travel time of the teams As part of Corpemember development, each team will spend a maximum of 4 hours per week on teambuliding leadership environmental education or career development activities In the case of adverse weather conditions our teams will work with the sponsor to work out some sort of alternative project until weather resides Worker's compensation is covered through Lorimar County's Risk Management and all supervision and discipline of Corpsmembers is the responsibility of the Crew Leader LCYCC will perform the work in a timely and professional manner Sponsor Agency The Sponsor Agency will provide meaningful service work appropriate to the alai] level all The Sponsor Agency agrees to assign a technical advisor to the service project to provide general project oversight and assurances that the project is proceeding as expected The project sponsor agrees to provide all the materials supplies tools and equipment unless otherwise agreed to by LCYCC The Sponsor Agency will provide a safe working environment and all site -specific and material -specific safety information a thorough orientation for the LCYCC Members and written reviews of the Member s performance at the conclusion of the project Fees for Services LCYCC will be compensated on a fee for service bass; for the performance of those services described below and at a rate described below The Sponsor Agency shall pay LCYCC for services performed upon submittal of invoices by LCYCC Invoices shall provide a detailed descnphon of the work performed and time allocated toward such performance $cope of Services Project Site Location Project Contact Information Jim Miller / Jeremy Lees Fiscal Contact Information Period of Performance Description of Project (Include Spa sor m peciaticji§ of LCY C) ett�ch mope and other forms if needed MirC 6J k ��wr �rr! .dbxs Contracted DuliarsiRate of Pay W.000 (6.5 weeks A $5500) Project Sponsor Situ &Zr� Date LCYCC Coordinator Signature.
