A. In accordance with Section 8 Personal Services of the City of Fort Collins Services
Agreement with Nelson Schroeder Enterprises, Inc. Doing Business As Apple Annie's
Washouse and Cleaners; the City of Fort Collins hereby wishes to assign the agreement
term for the above captioned proposal per the existing terms and conditions.
The current term of the Agreement runs from July 15, 2007 through July 14, 2Q08.
If the contract assignment is acceptable to both parties listed below, please sign this letter in the
space provided and return it along with a current copy of your insurance certificate for Cabana
Dry Cleaners LI_C to the City of Fort Collins, Purchasing Division, P. O. Box 580, Fort Collins,
CO 85Q22, within the next fifteen days. Upon receipt of your signed request to assign this
contract; Purchasing will review the contract with the user department for possible extension for
the final renewal year of the existing contract.
If this contract assignment Is not agreeable with both parties listed below, we ask that you send
us a written notice stating that you do not wish to assign the contract and state the reason for
non -assignment.
