RE: Renewal Harley Davidson Police Model Motorcycles
Dear Mr. Pfeffer:
The City of Fort Collins intends to rent three (3) Harley Davidson Model year 2008 FLHTPI Police
Model Motorcycles, per our 2007 agreement, except each cycle is to be rented at a cost of $159 par
month,
The 2008 cycles are to be identical to those rented in 2007,
Trade -out Of the 2007 rented motorcycles for new 2008's will take place Etta date lobe determined
by Thunder Mountain and Police Services contact: Mike Trembley.
A separate PO will be issued for the purchase of three (3) of the motorcycles rented in 2007,
Mike will coordinate the purchase of the used motorcycles and the rental of the three new ones.
Please sign and return the enclosed agreement. A copy will be sent to you once all signatures have
been executed.

RE: Renewal of Harley-Davidson Police Model Motorcycles
Jim,
As Controller of Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson, I agree to the statements listed in
the copy of the enclosed letter of intent dated January 12, 2007, with one additional
requirement. The purchase of three (3) 2007 leased motorcycles must be completed
before June 1, 2008, or the three (3) leased motorcycles will need to be returned to
Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson as per the terms of the lease agreement dated
June 18, 2007.
A customer order form for the 2008 leased motorcycles has been faxed to Mike Trombley
and when the completed form is returned, the order for the 2008 police bikes will be
placed.
Please note that Mitch Pf-effer le no longer withThunder Mountain Harley-Davidson and
