Project Description: Bobcat Ridge Calving Shed Restoration Project
Scope of Services: Support remainder of roof, remove old broken/dislodged cinder block
approximately 64 feet, remove/excavate dirt pushing wall in, drill holes in footer for %"
rebar at 4'0" O.C., lay new cinder block and grout in rebar, remove temporary supports,
clean up job site, install backer rod and caulk in cracks in concrete pan on West side of
building, caulking to be Sika-Flex or Sonolastic NP-1.
Professional agrees to perform the services
identified above and on the attached forms in
accordance with the terms and conditions
contained herein and in the Professional
Services Agreement between the parties. In
the event of a conflict between or ambiguity in
the terms of the Professional Services
Agreement and this work order (including the
attached forms) the Professional Services
Agreement shall control.

All material is guorsmteed to be as specitied, and the above work to be pertbrmed in TOTAL. $9,838.00
accordance with the drawings and specifications submitted for above work and completed
in a substantial workmanlike manner.
Any alteration or deviation 'rem above specifications involving extra costs, will be
executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the
estimate. Al I agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control.
Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance upon above work. Workman's --
Compensation and Public Liability Insurance on above work to be taken out by
