Re Delta Dental Contracts #1857 and #1858
Dear Mr Schreier
I have enclosed three (3) sets of each of the contract documents regarding the above captioned
matter Please review and initial the changes and return one of each copy to me and one of
each copy to the Segal Company and one of each copy belongs to Delta
Please note the following changes we have made to the contracts
Page 7 Part III Section 2 The Agreement shall be renewed for four successive one year
periods And advice of any such proposed changes shall be given in writing no fewer
than sixty (60) days in advance of the notice of renewal "
Page 11 Section 6 General Provisions we have added r) All obligations of the city of Fort
Collins hereunder are expressly contingent upon the annual appropriation of funds
sufficient and intended to carry out the same by the City Council of the City of Fort
Collins, in its discretion
If there are any other changes made to this contract they must be returned to me for approval
and signatures
