REASON FOR CHANGE
Ploase refer to the attached change order request.
1. Gerrard submitted a proposal of cost saving s that was agreeded upon before the beginning of the project.
2. This work was changeordered Into the roundabout project to keep line development from cutting the new road In the near future.
3. Excavation around the electrical vaults was required In order to raise the vaults to the new proposed grade.
4. Ground water in the trench had to be pumped out to install the 24" water main.
5. Curb & gutter restake after Qwest destroyed original stakes.
5. St2kln9 for the Concrete pan and radii at the entrance to Fossil Lake Place which was not In the original contract.
7, Additional teAura brooms wero required to achieve the finish specified for the concrete in the center of the Roundabout
8. Additional landscape work done by Waterboy as directed by the City of Fort Collins Parks Department.
9. Reld change for drainage from a graded $wale to a pipe and drain basins on the Northwest comer.
10. 8" drain pipe shown In plans was extended in order to maintain a minimum grade from the back of curb,
