The first is to detail the infrastructure required for the interior and exterior water features. The second task is preliminary graphic design of the museum wall elements to allow us to finalize pricing and construction of the museum elements. TEAM MEETINGS I've budgeted for seven meetings. The first meeting is a strategy meeting for developing a process and timeline. Two meetings are for me to coordinate with the Fountain subcontractor. Three additional meetings will allow us time with Neenan Construction and the city representatives for coordination of electrical and plumbing for the water features. I've also budgeted for two meetings with the police team for development and review of the graphic design of the interior museum elements. *7meetings @ 4 hours 28 hours @ $50/hour $1400 PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL LAYOUT These costs and hours are allocated to pay the fountain subcontractor and his engineer to develop final specifications for the necessary infrastructure. (These hours are in addition to the meetings outlined above) *Infrastructure specifications 15 hours @ $50/hour $750 GRAPHIC DESIGN OF MUSEUM ELEMENTS During this phase we will use the images scanned from the museum collection to create the preliminary layouts of the officer wall at the entrance and the collage elements on the lobby wall. These graphic profiles will be used to obtain final pricing on all museum elements *Graphic Design and Pricing 75 hours @ $50/hour $3750 TOTAL COST FOR OUTLINED WORK: 1 $5900
