Pedestrian Railing at Sherwood Latteral along Bay Farm Road

REASON FOR CHANGE
Plans show a detail for this railing but did not include a quantity for the
railing. The railing work will consist of removing the existing wooden
railing, drilling 4-12"0' caissons, and installing the 36 LF railing as
indicated in tho planset.
