Requirements
To clarify our Fax Quote Request sent out on 6/29/06:
1) All ES-993U Remote Displays are to be Black (this was not clarified on the
original document).
2) LA Series L1/L2 Amplifier (Manufacturer is Raven) is to include an RG8 cable
(this was not specified on the original document).
Please sign and return this Addendum along with your Bid Sheet by end -of -business
Friday July 7, 2006; in order to acknowledge that your Bid includes these
clarifications. Bids and Addendums are to be faxed or e-mailed to my attention at
