Hi Steve and David,
I have a few more questions.
1. How long after the bid opening will the job be awarded? 2 weeks.
2. Do we need to submit the finish samples and fabric samples with the bid document or after it is
awarded? If it is what was spec'ed after the awarded.
3. Do you need the warrenty information with the bid document or after the award? Need this with the bids.
4. How many copies of the Bid Response do you need? 3 each.
5. When do you need the Notorized "No Asbestos" statement with bid or after award? With the bids.
6. Please Clarify the Reinspection Fees? No Fee.
7. Who determines what the 5% Hardware is? Disregard.
Thank you,
Margie

Steve,
Following -up on our conversation today, to avoid extending the bid close date, we need all information and
answers to questions for bid addendum by tomorrow morning so we have enough time to prepare and post.
If not, the bid close date will need to be moved from Friday 4/7 to at least Friday 4/14 since we allow a
minimum of 1 week for potential bidders to respond to addendum.
We would like to avoid extending if possible so will not affect vendors being able to meet the required
installation completion date of July 27, 2006, which could already be tight.
Thanks,
David

Steve -
I have called and confirmed that seats C3 WILL have arms and are stackable, also we would like to go WITHOUT
arms for seats C4 and C5.
For the tables, we need to change the model # for tables T1, T5 and T6 from 10300 to 10500, and change the
table height for table T1 and T6 from 24 3/4" to 29".
This should complete the items I have for addenda #1, thanks!
