Included in this submittal is a pricing spreadsheet that details each item on the bid package. Please note that I have submitted a no bid for items C7 and C8. I feel that it is in the best interest of the City to contract directly with an upholsterer. Officescapes would not be able to warranty the subcontractors work for the minimum required 5 years. Prices include inside delivery and installation at the Transit Center. Lead times for these products are currently running approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery. I have included several product alternatives for this bid. Please see the attached cut sheetsibrochures for the alternates provided.
