Dear Mr. Ray:
As you have been informed by telephone, your firm has been selected for an oral
interview for our Request for Proposal P1009.
Your interview will occur on Monday March 13 at 1:45 p.m. at the 215 N. Mason
Municipal Building in Conference Room 2A located at 215 N. Mason St. in Fort Collins.
For the interview, you will have 15 minutes for a formal presentation in response to the
requirements of the Request for Proposal and then there will be a question and answer
period of 30 minutes.
We are also asking firms to rework their response based on the available budget for this
project of $19,000.
