Scope of Work
Inclusions:
Siemens will furnish and install the following major components for the Access
Control system:
1 - DSX Intelligent 104212 Door Package.
Includes:1042 Enclosure, 1040CDM Communication Distribution
Module, 1040 PDP Power Distribution Module
1 - DSX Intelligent 104212Door
1 - PS1204UL-2 4 Door Lock Power Supply
4 — 5352AGN00 HID prox Readers
4- Door contacts
Siemens to provide Programming and Testing for the associated hardware and
software listed above.
Clarifications & Exclusions:
1) All low voltage wiring for access to be furnished and installed by Others
2) All 120v power wiring terminations to be furnished, installed and
completed by the Div 16 electrical contractor
3) All work performed between 8-5, Monday -Friday
4) Engineering Submittal Drawings are included in this proposal
5) Plywood mounting for panel provided by the Div 16 electrical contractor
6) Locking hardware to be furnished and installed by Siemens. Lock power
supplies provided by Siemens.
7) LAN/Network/ drops to access control head -end to be provided by others
8) All conduit required for the access control -entry system will be furnished
and installed by the Div 16 electrical contractor. The Div 16 contractor will
also furnish and install all required J-boxes and any penetrations.
9) Siemens excludes any fire alarm interface wiring for locking hardware
power drop
10) Underground conduit from gate to new building furnished and
installed by others.
11) This pricing is good for 30 days.
12) No workstation is called for or included in this project.
13) No training provided with this proposal
