SCOPE OF WORK: Police Facility Final Design and Construction Documents:
The focus of my work is finalize the design and create a set of construction documents that will insure
that the artful components of the facility will be engineered and built as we've envisioned. My role will
be to work with the design team and the engineer to finalize materials, pricing and engineering solutions.
I will work with Humphries Poli, Brinkley Sargent and Neenan Constructions to finalize construction
drawings and written specifications to guide the construction phase.
TEAM MEETINGS
I've budgeted for five additional meetings. Today's meeting to review options for the museum displays is
the first in this series. I'll need a second meeting with the group to review changes to those materials as
well as the exterior finishes after they've completed their choices with Brinkley Sargent. A third meeting
will allow us to fine tune materials and direction after we've come to terms with the pricing and materials
choices. The fourth meeting is to meet with the Visual Arts Committee to seek approval for the the final
design.

MATERIALS RESEARCH, ENGINEERING AND PRICING
During this phase I will continue to work with the team to find the best materials for the elements we've
designed and balance those choices against the budget available.

ARCHIVAL RESEARCH
Obtaining final pricing on the interior museum elements is dependent on finalizing our choice of images.
The hours outlined in this section will allow me to review the museums collection and scan in the best
images for pricing and preparation for transfer.
