1. Reason for change: To provide a better subgrade for the plaza.
2. Description of Change:
1) Deducting 8" of ABC/Geotextile Fabric for 7,988 SF - $ (12,200.00)
2) Adding 4" of 3.500 PSI Concrete for 7,988 SF. This would $ 24,584.30
be all areas that currently have 8" of ABC under the pavers.
3. Change in Contract Cost: $ 12,384.30
4. Change in Contract Time: 7 Days
