The exterior paint on the structure was observed to range from a fair to very poor The exterior of the structure was screened for LBP with a portable X-ray fluoresce spectroscopy analyzer, by WALSH on October 26, 2005. The U.S. Environmental Agency (EPA), Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), ( other agencies define LBP as paint having a lead content of greater than or eG milligrams per square centimeter (mg/cm) using XRF analysis. Select exterior typi components of the structures were evaluated for the presence of LBP. A table i Appendix A provides a summary of the painted components screened for lead at the screening results. XRF analysis results identified several components that contained the 1.0 mg/cm2level. ie City of i surface oad, Fort ended to Colorado e painted Recovery re to lead 62.
