Re: Renewal, Bid #5898 Meter Box Installation
Dear Mr. Iverson:
The City of Fort Collins wishes to extend the agreement term per the existing terms and conditions.
The term will be extended for one (1) additional year, April 1, 2006 through March 31, 2007.
Per your request, the City has elected to grant a 2% Price Increase to the Unit Prices for pricing
Work Orders; per the Denver -Boulder -Greeley CPI-U Index as published by the Colorado State
Planning and Budget Office. (as per the attached Exhibit B: Unit Prices 2006 schedule)
Please have your insurer send us an updated Certificate of Liability Insurance, naming the City of
Fort Collins as an additional insured, for the Bid Renewal file. It can be faxed to us at
