BID OPENING: JANUARY 30, 2006 UNTIL SUPPLY IS GONE
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS SENIOR CENTER IS OFFERING FOR SALE CLUB TICO
CHAIRS, WHILE SUPPLY LASTS.
The Chairs are located at Club Tico; by the City Park Pool at 1599 City Park Drive. If you wish
to see them, please call Steve Budner at the City of Fort Collins Senior Center at (970) 221-
6861; Steve will arrange a time for you to see the chairs. The Sale will follow the following
GUIDELINES:
1) The chairs will be sold at a Buy It Now price of $20/each; on a First -Come, First -
Served basis; while supply lasts.
2) The purchase is as -is, where -is. Neither the Senior Center nor the City of Fort Collins
extends any warranty, express or implied, for this equipment. The buyer(s) is/are
responsible for tendering payment to Steve Budner at the Senior Center; before picking up
the equipment at Club Tico, 1599 City Park Drive Drive, in Fort Collins, Colorado. The
buyer(s) must remove the Chair(s) from Club Tico premises within 10 working days after
notification of award. Neither the Senior Center nor the City will be responsible for any
shipping or transportation arrangements. Purchases are to be paid for by Cash, Personal or
Company Check, or Money Order made out to the City of Fort Collins; for the total amount of
the Purchase.
Specifications:
Attached are the pictures of the Club Tico chairs. There are two different sizes, as depicted in
the pictures. There are 25 Baltic Birch wooden contoured chairs with chrome legs. They came
from CSU and, apparently, are copies of a Charles Eames design. Back and seat of molded
plywood shaped in compound curves. Curved chrome metal bar connects back and seat,
attached with rubber shock mounts. Attached to this bar are u-shaped metal bars for front and
back legs, the front being slightly longer. Feet have applied rubber and chrome pads.
