Pruning Removal Diagnosis Crane Service

To Whom it may concern;
We are a local tree care company in Ft. Collins and have been doing reputable work here for the
last 9-10 years. The City of Ft. Collins had been a client of ours up to approximately 3-4 years
ago. At that time we approached the City to inquire why we had not received any bids that year.
The receptionist checked and told us we were in the computer, and verified the address which
was correct. Still, even into the next year we did not see any work from the city to bid on.
Never, at any time did we give verbal or written notice of discontinuing our availability to the
city to bid work. As time has passed we see city tree work that has been bid out to local tree
businesses and still we have no knowledge of any of these bids.
Please respond accordingly so we are assured of receiving work to bid on in the future. And the
reasoning as to why we have not been receiving any bids for the past 3-4 years. Please indicate
the dates the bids go out will be important as well.
This letter will be mailed to the City Forester, Tim Buchannon. And the City Manager, Darin
Atteberry.
