1. Reason for Change: Provide additional consulting work to the City of Port
Collins, Advance Planning Department, as authorized by staff.
2. Description of Change: The additional funds allow the Contractor to provide
additional support to the Advance Planning Department, when authorized by staff,
for various matters related to development of the Northwest Subarea Flan. Tbcse
matters will include, but are not limited to, attendance at NW Subarea Technical
Team meetings; preparation of various materials related to Plan adoption; and
review of materials and strategies prepared by City of Fort Collins staff and
others.
