We hereby submit specifications and estimates for:
• Clean n. R. of cracks 1/4" or wider with compressed air and fill with #3405 hot pour rubberized crack sealer.
• Apply Glenzoki sealant to crack sealed areas to prevent tracking.
• Transition crack seal (concrete to asphalt) joints will not be sealed unless otherwise stated.
SETTLING OF CRACK SEAL MATERIAL MAY OCCUR, BUT DOES NOT AFFECT PERFORMANCE. ALLIGATORED AREAS WILL NOT BE
CRACK SEALED. INFRARED PATCHING IS RECOMMENDED IN THESE AREAS.
• Area to be sealcoated will be cleaned with push blowers and wire brooms.
• Prime oil spots where applicable. Sealcoat will not adhere to heavily saturated oil spots. Infrared patching Is recommended in these areas
to ensure adh ge � at.
• Sealcoat (v 5q. Ft. of parking lot with blended soalcoat (70% Coaltar and 30% asphalt emulsion). Add "Top Tuff"
latex additive for durabiliity and aggrega� for traction into sealcoat before application.
• Sealcoat will take approx. days.
• Restripe designated lot with traffic paint. Lot will be striped with existing layout and color unless otherwise specif led.

WE (Western) HAVE PREPARED A PROPOSAL FOR: Old Town and Civic Center
Par" Garages
SCOPE OF WORK: We propose to famish and install all necessary labor, materials, equipment,
supervision, and insurance, as shown on the enclosed sample certificate, to complete the following:
Civic Center Parlifieff Garage
1. We will cut out approximately 2W square feet of delaminated coating on the parking deck
over ret W space.
2. We will cut out mad re -caulk 60 lineal feet of failed control joint sealant on the south side of
the coated area.
3. We will prepare the bare concrete surface and apply Quallinies 3 coat urethane traffic
coating to the 21160 square foot area of bare concrete.
4. We will apply Envirosad 40 silent sealer to the stairs on the south end of the top deck.

1. We will chip out and paicb 30 square feet of spalled concrete at the top of the ramp.
2. We will cut out and re -caulk 40 lineal feet of failed control joint adjacent to the new patch.

Acceptance: By signing this proposal, the Purchaser accepts as a bindingtracct all of its tams and
conditions, including the General Conditions on page 3; Special Conditions on this page and all
Continuation Pages of this proposal. This Proposal shall expire automatically unless the above named
purchaser shall have delivered a copy of this Proposal, duly signed by i; to Western on or before the 30th
day fiom the date hereof. No modification by Purchaser to this Proposal, or to the General Conditions,
shall become a part of the contract unless specifically agreed to in writing by Westem, and shall
automatically make this Proposal void and of no effect.
