Re: Request for Year 2006 Firm Chemical Pricing
Dear Mr. McCreless,
The City of Fort Collins is interested in extending its Bid Award for the 2006
calendar year for the following Water Treatment/Water Reclamation chemicals:
Magnesium Hydroxide (HyMag 94), delivered in slurry; priced per dry ton
In order to do so, we are requesting from you a letter confirming your firm pricing
for the Calendar Year 2006. All prices must be F.O.B. Destination Fort Collins,
CO. If Accepted, the City will extend a Blanket Purchase Order to cover payment
of releases made during Year 2006. Thank you for providing us with a high level
of care this year, and we look forward to continued service in 2006.
If this renewal is not acceptable with your firm, please send us a written notice
stating that you do not wish to renew the bid. If you have any questions
regarding this renewal, please contact Ed Bonnette, C.P.M., CPPB, Buyer, at
