Reason for change. 2. Description of change. 3. Change in contract cost. 4. Change in contract time. 1.&2. This contract needs to be extended in order to complete the final set of traffic and classification counts which will be completed in late fall/early 2006. These counts will be the final step prior to making recommendations. The final analysis and recommendations to City Council are planned for early spring 2006. 3. There will be no change to the contract cost. 4. The contract time will be extended from a completion date of December 31, 2005 to March 31, 2006.
