Please refer to the attached change order request.
1. As a part of a negotiation to lease the adjacent property for a staging area, we had agreed to
haul off a pile of tires on the property.
2. Many residents have complained during the construction of this project regarding the
mud and rock that is constantly left in the bike lanes. This is our share of the cleanup as agreed
with the School District due to their site cleanup-
3. Additional message boards were used due to a change of scope for the traffic operations on
this project during the paving operations. '
4. Originally, we had not anticipated having to flyash the cul-de-sac. The conditions of the
soil after utility connections were made, required this area to be Ilyashed.
