In response to one letter, Section 3, Sub -Section "N", of above referenced Agreement is changed as follows for the minimal days of operation: From: Day —Two (2) to four (4) hours between 6am and 6pm, Monday -Friday To: Day — Two (2) to four (4) hours between 6am and 6pm, Saturday -Sunday Remaining text of Sub -Section is unchanged. In response to the other letter, the City's authorized representative, Linda Samuelson, has approved the addition of a second grill to the site as per your letter and attached drawing. The grill must conform to the terms and conditions of the above referenced Agreement. If you have any question regarding this change, please contact David Carey, C.P.M., Buyer @ (970) 446-2191. Amendment refers to Section 3, part N of the agreement. Amend from: Minimum hours are: Day - Two (2) to four (4) hours between 6am and 6pm, Monday -Friday. The attached drawing outlines the dimensions of equipment and Items to be placed within the designated 10 X 10 vendor area. I request that the highlighted item marked "Temporary Grill" in the drawing be authorized by the city. The grill on- board the vending cart approved for this site is not adequate size to meet demand. Until this grill can be enlarged, the temporary grill will allow us to better serve our customers.
