After giving this much moderation, we have decided that it is no longer in our best interest to continue vending on the corner of Oak and College in Fort Collins. We would like to mention a few of the reasons for this. 1. Since we had to relocate due to the construction on the corner, our sales have dropped c bly- 2. The presence of the homeless on the corner has reeled out of control. The homeless are rude, inconsiderate, vulgar and a nuisance to our customers. They have caused many customers to go elsewhere, and at times they have frightened and threatened us. 3. The drop in business, along with the fees and taxes have made it less than profitable for our business to continue to operate downtown 4. The lack of consistency from the city to keep the restrooms open for the hours listed on the restroom doors has caused a great inconvenience for us and for our customers. We have people urinating on the sidewalks and even on our vehicles. We watt to thank you for giving us the opportunity to operate our business downtown and look forward to vending at special events and other activities as they arise. Sincerely, e-- jCk-r Kathy Fay
