Radio Station 90.5 KCSU is licensed to Fort Collins, Colorado, and is authorized by the Federal Communications Com-
mission ("FCC') to operate its non-commercial broadcast station on an assigned frequency of 90.5 FM. Pursuant to the rules and
regulations of the FCC, the parties to this agreement acknowledge that 90.5 FM KCSU is permitted to broadcast underwriting
and sponsorship announcements from for -profit entities, but is not permitted to broadcast commercial advertisements by for -
profit entities. (In the event the above -referenced merchant is a bona fide non-profit entity, KCSU 90.5 FM is permitted to broad-
cast commercial advertisements on behalf of the client.)
Client desires to broadcast certain underwriting spots in conformity with this agreement and all rules, regulations, and
policies of the FCC.

Broadcast Schedule: For value received, Fort Collins Z'd m4W.Qaan agrees to pay, and KCSU 90.5 FM agrees to broad-
cast underwriting announcements as follows:
Beginning Date: August TBD, 2005
Ending Date: May 5, 2006
Specific Schedule: 1 Spot/Day — Fall & Spring Semesters (150 Announcements total)
Web Addition - 4 week of Advertisement on main page of KCSUFM.com - Dates TBD
2 KCSU Remotes (to be fulfilled by Promotions Dept) - Dates TBD
Underwriting Spot to be rerecorded at a later date
The above dates do not include the weeks of CSU Fall/Spring Break.
Fees and Assumed Costs: $1700 Dollars during the term of this agreement, payable before this agreement is carried out.
Broadcast Announcements: Attached is the broadcast announcements governed by this agreement. KCSU 90.5 FM has final edi-
torial control over the content of the announcements and may revise, reject, or terminate any such announcements in order to
maintain good faith compliance with relevant FCC rules and regulations.
Emergency Programming: KCSU 90.5 FM retains the right to interrupt or preempt any announcement covered by the agreement
at any time in case of an emergency, or to broadcast other announcements or programs, if in its editorial discretion, to do so
would best advance KCSU 90.5 FM public interest responsibilities.
Payment Agreement: All underwriting sponsors are required to pay in advance. Fees will be assessed for all non -sufficient
checks. Obligor agrees that the State of Colorado, its agencies, officers, and assigns, shall be entitled to collect from obligor all
expenses incurred in recovery of any debt created by the contract, or in pursuing any other remedy provided by law, including but
not limited to reasonable attorney fees and/or collection costs.
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed and enforced, in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. This is
the entire agreement of the parties in regard to these matters. No oral agreements exist between them.
