Temporary asphalt patching will be used in place of permanent patching. b. The contract should reference the current Larimer County Urban Area Street Standards. c. There is not an item for removal of flagstone. d. There is not an item for Class D Concrete. 2. Description Of Change: a. Remove section 5A of the Bid Proposal and replace with the following: "All concrete placed adjacent to asphalt pavement will require placement of a temporary asphalt patch, unless otherwise directed by the City Representative. The Contractor shall remove no more than sb((6) inches of existing asphalt pavement. The pavement areas shall be temporarily patched with a minimum of two (2) inches of ha mix asphalt, up to a mapmum depth of six (6) inches. These locations shall be paid under the Contract unit price for Temporary Patching." b. Remove section 2A of the Bid Proposal and replace with the following: "Contractor must refer to the current Larimer County Urban Area Street Standards for this project." c. Add item 202.16 Remove Flagstone. d. Add item 608.55 Class D Concrete. 3. Change In Contract Amount: a. There is no change in Contract amount b.
