• Liquidated Damages — Substantial Completion $300/day, Final Completion $150/day
• Warranty — Two year warranty period for all City projects
• Construction Hours — 7:00 am to 6:00 pm; Need permission for weekend hours
• Construction Surveying — Contractor's responsibility
• Geotechnical and Materials Testing — Outlined in Section 01450
• Project Meetings — Pre -construction, Weekly progress meetings
