Change #1
Description: Install additional conduit stubs for future communication.
10/6/04- Stubbed 1" PVC conduit through electrical room wall to east side of
building from communication location in electrical room. Ran'/4" coated GRC conduit
to location of Hythane tank from communication location in electrical room. Mounted
both of the conduits on Unistrut.
10/8/04- Stubbed 1" conduit through south block out for future camera. Installed
Unistrut to strap conduit on interior of block wall.
Change #2
Description: Locate existing underground conduit from main building.
10/18/04- Met with Steve White to discuss possible location of conduit and he
thought that the conduit was just below the asphalt near the new curb. Dug up along
suspected area approximately 6 inches deep but could not locate. Hooked up locator and
found several possible conduits. Narrowed it down to the correct conduit and followed it
until signal was lost which was near curb. Marked location on the ground with paint.
Change #3
Description: Install additional conduits in front of building for power and
communication.
10/25/04- Dug out hole so Concrete Coring could drill two 3" holes in foundation
so we could have enough room for the additional conduits.
10/26/04- Finished digging trench near electrical room door to the existing trench
on the south side of the main entrance. Ran (3) 1" conduits for communication from
electrical room to area on south side of new retaining wall. Ran 3/4" conduit from
communication location in electrical room to existing %" conduit that came from the -
electrical room in the main office building. Ran (2) 3/4" conduits, (1) for power for card
reader and (1) for power for CNG dispenser, from electrical room to their respective stub
up locations. Ran (1) 1" and (1) V, conduit between card reader each fuel dispenser.
10/27/04- Finished running (2) 3/4" conduits to LP11 that go to card reader and
CNG dispenser. Checked with Steve White about stub locations for card reader and both
fuel dispensers. He informed us that the locations on the drawing he provided were
correct.
10/28/04- Stubbed up (3) GRC conduits for Hythane dispenser and (3) GRC
conduits for the CNG dispenser. Each dispenser has a 3/4" conduit that runs to LP 11 for
power and (1) 3/4" and (1) 1" conduit to card reader. Stubbed up (6) GRC conduits for the
card reader. The card reader has (1) 1/4" conduit and (1) 1" conduit to each fuel dispenser,
(1) 3/4" conduit to LP 11 for power and (1) 1" conduit to a junction box on 4x6 post near
southeast corner of building. Set 4"x6" post with junction box for communication.. Ran
(3) 1" conduits to area under junction box on 4"x6" post. The junction box had one
conduit to the future camera, one to the card reader, and one to the communication
location in the electrical room Finished connecting 1/4" conduit to existing conduit from
main office. Pulled out the existing #12 wires and pulled in string back through entire
conduit.
Description: Installs pie meter socket to subunetefFIythane tank.
11/02/04- Mounted met:5-so&et ne to sub -meter Hythane tank.
11/09/04- Ran ween Hythane tank breaker xi-m tamer socket.
Chance #5
Description: Connect underground conduit stubs to fuel dispensers and card reader. Pull
control wires for Clean Energy crew.
11/03/04- Installed seal offs on all conduits going to card reader. Connected all
conduits to card reader unit.
11/04/04- Talked with Bill from Clean Energy to see what wires they needed to
be pulled for control wires. Talked with Steve White about the remote emergency stop
button. He had us move it to the side of the 4"x6" post. Installed seal offs on 1" conduits
to junction box on 491x6" post and connected conduits to the box.
11/05/04- Finished anchoring card reader to concrete with concrete anchors.
11/09/04- Cut existing'/4" GRC conduit on curb and connected to it and ran it
into junction box on 4"x6" post. Pulled a string through the conduit thru 3/4" conduit.
Met with Clean Energy crew about the CNG dispenser and they decided to turn it around
so that our conduit stubs would work. Cut off i" and %" conduit stubs and rethreaded so
that they would go into the junction box on the dispenser unit.
11/11/04- Installed seal offs on conduit stubs to CNG dispenser. Connected
conduits to the junction box on dispenser unit. Pulled control wires between the
dispenser and the card reader. Pulled #12 conductors through V conduit in dispenser to
LP 1 I for power. Installed seal offs with plugs on the Hythane and dryer conduit stubs.
11/12/04- Opened up emergency stop button on compressor unit and connected to
the normally closed contacts.
11/16/04- Ran'/z" GRC conduit from low voltage panel in compressor unit to
solenoid valve for natural gas distribution. Pulled #12 conductors to Clean Energy
provided junction box. Started pouring some of the seal offs.
