In the future, this is a Jeri Mael item and not mine even though I initiated the contract. She holds the
purse strings for our group especially for ongoing costs.

It's time to send out renewal letters for the following bid awards for Bid 5757 Fiber Optic and Copper
Cabling:
Primary Vendor for both: H&H Data
Secondary Vendor for Copper Cabling: Axis Networks from Northglenn
Secondary Vendor for Fiber Optic Cabling: Telesupport Services from Boulder
Do you wish to renew with all the above? Renewals will kick in on April 1, 2005 and run for a year. Let me
know, and I will send out the letters accordingly.
