6. Payment for Work performed will be in accordance with the Bid Schedule or
Bid Schedules subject to changes as provided in the Contract Documents.

The. foregoing prices shall include all labor, materials, transportation,
shoring, removal, dewatering, overhead, profit, insurance, etc., to cover
the compl.ete Work in place of the several kinds called for.
Bidder acknowledges that the OWNER has the right to delete items in the Bid
or change quantities at his sole discretion without affecting the Agreement
or prices of any item so long as the deletion or change does not exceed
twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Agreement Price.

With over 28 years experience in management, design, sales, and construction, Larry has made
Landtech Contractors a very successful company. During a 15 year life, Landtech has risen
from a $150,000.00 per year company to an extremely significant area contractor with over 10
million dollars in revenue per year. The company also staffs over 160 employees during the
peak season.
Prior to establishing Landtech, Larry worked as a project manager for a national landscape
contractor managing such jobs as the Budweiser Plant in Ft. Collins, Stonegate in Parker, and
Lonetree streetscapes in Highlands Ranch. Larry had the same commitment back then as he
does today, 'Excellence in service and quality in workmanship'.
Kevin Overley
VP of Sales
Marketing Manager
Since March 1987
Since 1984, Kevin has been working in the landscape industry both in management and
construction of large commercial landscape projects. He is highly experienced in both office
and field operations. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from
Metropolitan State College of Denver.
Kevin Fisher
Operations Manager Since August 1995
Kevin Fisher has extensive experience in the landscape industry. His management and
organizational skills have proven to be a great asset to Landtech's field operations. With over
26 years experience, Kevin's ability to manage multiple projects and work with general
contractors, subcontractors, developers and architects has been very beneficial to our
organizations success.
Mark Zelymaker
Division Project Manager Since June 1997
Mark began his landscape career in the summer of 1971 and has since been involved in every
phase of the landscape industry for 32 years. He has worked in several states and a wide
range of landscape applications from Colorado, Wyoming, Indiana and six years in Hawaii. His
experience allows him a 'quality oriented' focus on the needs of our customers.
