Completion date November 2004.
Cost: $89,000.00 Location: Chonehos County,Colorado
Project type: Design Build dam rehabilitation new inlet and out let works
with beaver prevention devise and spillway, while maintaining wetlands.
Placement of abutment fill soils and rip rap.
2. Brocker Overlook, Arapahoe Wildlife Refuge.
Completion Date: August 2004.
Cost $ 181,000.00 Location Walden, Colorado
Project Type: General construction of parking lots, earthen berms with mason
End walls. Round observation platform with radial flagstone seat wall.

Answer: E-21 Engineering completed a similar project the City of Englewood in 2002.
The project included the design of a gas mitigation system and installation of a clay cover
over an abandon landfill located between the Platte River and centennial lake. Upon
placement and compaction of over 80,000 cubic yard of fill soils we built a concrete and
rip rap shore line on the lake. A field of Dreams was built on the site in conjunction with
the Colorado Rockies.

Earthwork Construction and Remediation
E-21 Engineering also provides earthwork services including soil location, soil geotechnical
and environmental analyses, transportation, placement, removal, grading, filling, excavation
and soil remediation earthwork. E-21 recently completed site redevelopment earthwork
services for the demolition and regrading of the Cinderella City Redevelopment Site now
known as the Englewood CityCenter. This and other work is described below.
• CityCenter Englewood — Demolition site clean-up, earthwork and redevelopment. E-21
provided interactive design -build services as an engineer, managed and directed the
transportation of 250,000 cubic yards of structural fill and recycled crushed concrete fill, its
placement, and grading for the redevelopment of the former Cinderella Shopping Mall site
in Englewood, Colorado. This multi -million dollar project included inter -facing with the
lead demolition contractor, environmental soil and groundwater investigations, removal and
legal disposal of over 4,000 cubic yards of hydrocarbon contaminated waste soils, import of
125,000 cubic yards of structural fill from 11 miles away, removal of old asphalt, removal
of 400 buried concrete caissons, and interactive design assistance for earthwork and
grading. Incidental work included manhole construction, sewer repair, and site overlot
grading Total site redevelopment work was approximately $2.2 million.
• Centennial Park Landfill Site Redevelopment — E-21 served as consultant and and
remediation contractor for a large design -build site remediation project including Phase I
and II Environmental Site Assessments of three parcels of land which are former solid
waste dumps, design investigations for remediation, development of a Corrective Action
Plan under Colorado's Voluntary Cleanup and Redevelopment Act.
