Project Description: Contractor to provide street tree pruning and removal on 1 City Block.
Trees are located on City right-of-way. This block is identified as BLOCK 5 on the list provided
to contractor. This block is bounded by Remine:ton/Mathews/Myrtle/Laurel. All specifications
are found in the original contract document.
Scope of Services: Prune 36 trees and remove 1 tree as per specifications Contractor provides
all equipment to complete work All debris will be cleaned up in manner specified in contract.
The contractor will work under the supervision of the Assistant City Forester.
Service Provider agrees to perform the services identified above and on the attached forms in
accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Services Agreement
between the parties. In the event of a conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the Services
Agreement and this work order (including the attached forms) the Services Agreement shall
control.
