P-806 The City of Fort Collins and Colorado State University is requesting proposals from Architectural/Engineering firms for Design and Construction Administration Services for the City of Fort Collins and Colorado State University Transit Center. Written proposals, six (6) will be received at the City of Fort Collins' Purchasing Division. If delivered, they are to be delivered to 215 North Mason Street, 2"d Floor, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524. If mailed, the mailing address is P.O. Box 580, Fort Collins, Colorado 80522-0580. Proposals will be received before 5:OOPM (our clock), September 25, 2001. Proposal No. P- 806. Questions concerning the scope of the project should be directed to Project Manager, Steve White, (970).221-6273. Questions regarding proposals submittal or process should be directed to John Stephen, CCPB, Senior Buyer, (970) 221-6775. The contract goal for participation in this Contract by certified DBEs who have been determined to be underutilized has been established as 10 percent. A copy of the Bid may be obtained as follows: Come by Purchasing at 215 North Mason St., 2nd floor., Fort Collins, and request a copy of the Bid. A pre -proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2001, at 10:OOAM at Colorado State University Campus. The meeting will start at CSU Facilities Service North Conference, East Room. If you should have any questions with regard to location of the meeting place or parking please call (970) 491-0180. After some discussion of the project we will walk to the site and then return back to the conference room to answer any questions. Interviews with the top three or four ranked firms will be conducted on October 3, 2001. Sales Prohibited/Conflict of Interest: No officer, employee, or member of City Council, shall have a financial interest in the sale to the City of any real or personal property, equipment, material, supplies or services where such officer or employee exercises directly or indirectly any decision - making authority concerning such sale or any supervisory authority over the services to be rendered. This rule also applies to subcontracts with the City. Soliciting or accepting any gift, gratuity favor, entertainment, kickback or any items of monetary value from any person who has or is seeking to do business with the City of Fort Collins is prohibited. 215 North Mason Street • 2nd Floor • P.O.
