We trust this document will provide a dear representation of the Fire Protection work provided M our lump sum proposal of 33,621.00 (Thirty Three Thousand stir Hundred Twenty One DoBsm). This proposal complies with all applicable local, stab and national odes Including minimum NFPA 13 guidelines for wet pipe systems, and the bid specifications. • Point of connection to be a 6' tap with In W of bukding provided by others. • Scope of work is limited to the Installation of an anti freeze system installed in the attic area, designed and drretelled to the minimum requirements of the 2002, NFPA 13. • The design density to be Light Hazard (.10/1500 sq ft) In the attic and residential areas, and Ordinary Hazard occupancy (A 5 and/or .20/1500 eq ft) In the apparatus bay per mh*num NFPA 13-2002 requirements (Utilizing standard and/or extended coverage sprinklers). • Pendant sprinklers within ceilings will utilize extended drop nipples and/or flexible pipe connections. • Bid is valid for 45 days and includes all permit fees, applicable taxes, and our standard one-year warranty.
