Please note that a receipted invoice for the estimated advance premium on your policy is being
mailed under separate cover.
We want to provide you and all Colorado businesses with exceptional service at an accurate price.
In order to maintain an accurate division of your payroll record, according to the "Classification
of Operations" in the policy, after the close of the policy period, we will make a payroll audit to
determine the actual premium earned. If the premium is greater than the estimated premium, you will
be billed for the difference; if less, a refund will be made.
If your company should experience a change in your firm name, ownership or mailing address,
please notify us immediately.
