COMPANY: The company will be billed for a minimum of six (6) participants per class. The maximum number of

• arrange for a TVNCR and classroom large enough for all participants.

• submit to our office specific directions to the training site, including any parking and/or security directions and any
additional contact names and numbers no less than three (3) business days prior to training,
• notify the American Red Cross no less than five (5) business days prior to the class if more than 12 Participants will
be attending in order for us to locate additional instructors
Should more than the stated numbers of students attend the training without five (5) business days prior notice, it is the
instructor's discretion to allow them to participate in the training and a one time $15 charge will then be incurred to cover the
additional time needed to complete the training in addition to the per participant course fee. Participants are required to
attend and complete the full course in order to receive certification.
AMERICAN RED CROSS: The American Red Cross will supply all other necessary instructors, equipment and
supplies for the training designated above.
COURSE CANCF._LLATION: The Company may cancel and/or reschedule a coarse without penalty up to five (5) business
days prior to the start of the course. After this date and time, a $30.00 cancellation fee will be billed to the company. If the
American Red Cross has to cancel the class for any reason within five (5) business days prior to the start of the course, a
$30 it will be issued toward the neat trraiinuag.
