Meldrum #A2 Fort Collins, CO 80521 RE: P890-Downtown Concessionaire Agreement Dear Mr. Grant: This letter is being sent as written notification that you are in default per Section 5 of the above referenced Agreement. If the nature of the default, listed below, is not abated within ten (10) days after receipt of this written notice, or before October 26, 2004, the City of Fort Collins will terminate the Agreement for Site # 7 — Public ROW, NW corner of Mountain Ave. and Mason St. intersection, for day & night use. Your immediate compliance with the following requirements is mandatory: 1. Concessionaire must keep the concession area open for business per agreed to days and hours of operation. 2. Provide Certificate of Liability Insurance evidencing the insurance coverage required from an insurance company acceptable to the City. The City has not seen any evidence that you have occupied the site at any time. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact David Carey, C.P.M., Buyer, at (970) 416-2191.
