• Cable tv
• Storm sewer
• Water lines (City & CSU)
• Duct banks (City electric, Qwest and CSU)
• Electric supply to street lights

• CSU pedestrian tunnel
6) WORK BY CITY FORCES
Light and Power — Remove and replace light standard, adjust electric boxes.
Streets — Pavement milling, asphalt patching and paving, adjust manhole lid.
Traffic Operations — Sign installation and pavement marking.

7) COORDINATION
Close coordination between the Contractor and City Forces is required to efficiently complete
this project.
8) PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE
• Award — July 2
• Pre -Construction Meeting — July 15
• Start construction — July 19
• Substantial Completion — August 17 (30 days from start of construction) (all work complete)
• Final Completion — September 1 (45 days from start of construction) (punch list)

Federally Funded — Federal requirements apply including providing weekly payrolls
Davis -Bacon Wages apply
