TEREX TELELECT will replace at its plant any body component, which shall, within TWELVE (12) MONTHS after delivery to the original customer, but not to exceed EIGHTEEN (18) MONTHS from date of shipment from TEREX TELELECT, be returned to TEREX TELELECT's plant and be found by TEREX TELELECT to have been defective at the time of original shipment from TEREX TELELECT.
