2. Price does not reflect any local, state or Federal Excise Taxes
(F.E.T). All appropriate taxes will be added to the final price
in accordance with regulations in effect at time of invoicing.
This vehicle is not subject to Federal Excise Tax (FE,T.).
Changes made to this order may affect whether or not
this vehicle is subject to F.E.T. A review will be made at
the time of invoicing and any applicable F.E.T. will be
added to the invoice amount.
3. Terms: If chassis is ordered through ALTEC Industries, Inc.
the chassis payment is due upon receipt of the chassis at
ALTEC Industries, Inc. Balance is due net ten (10) days
after receipt of completed unit.
4. Interest charge of '/2% per month to be added for late
payment.
5. Delivery: 210-240 days after receipt of order PROVIDING:
A. Chassis is received a minimum of sixty (60) days before
scheduled delivery.
B. Approval drawings are returned by requested date.
C. Vendor or customer supplied accessories are received by
date necessary for compliance with scheduled delivery.
6. Trade-in offer is conditional upon equipment being
maintained to DOT (Department of Transportation)
operating and safety standards. This will include, but not
limited to tires, lights, brakes, glass, etc. All equipment,

i.e., jibs, winches, pintle hoods, trailer connectors, etc.,
and are to remain with unit unless otherwise agreed upon
in writing by both parties. ALTEC Industries reserves
the right to re -negotiate its trade-in offer if these
conditions are not met.
All reasonable and necessary expenses required of
ALTEC Industries to execute transportation of the trade-
in will be invoiced to the customer for payment if these
conditions are not met to maintain DOT standards.
Customer may exercise the option to rescind this
agreement in writing within sixty (60) days after receipt
of purchase order. After that time ALTEC Industries
will expect receipt of trade-in vehicle upon delivery of
new equipment as part of the terms of the purchase order
unless other arrangements have been made.
7. Chassis supplied by customers will be inspected upon receipt.
ALTEC will bring to the end user's attention any chassis
mounted components (i.e., fuel tanks, air tanks, battery
boxes, exhaust systems, etc.) requiring relocation and will
invoice for such modifications upon completion of vehicle.
8. After the initial warranty period, Altec Industries, Inc. offers
mobile service units, in -shop service, and same day parts
shipments on most parts from service locations nationwide at
an additional competitive labor and parts rate.
9. This quotation is valid for forty-five (45) days. After 45
days, please contact ALTEC Industries (816) 364-2244, for a
possible extension.

General: The following specification describes a 50-foot sheave height digger derrick, hydraulic
operated, equipped with a flat bed body mounted on a customer -furnished chassis/cab. This digger
derrick shall be equipped with all manufacturer's standard equipment. Bidders must include a copy
of the most current manufacturer's specification, including drawings, with their bid proposal.
