Development of Project Graphic Look A. Design will emulate same look as current 2003 Transportation Annual Report 1. Creation, design and production of nine (9) illustrations available in black and white and color to be used throughout all collateral pieces. 2. Presentation of look prior to application into final collateral pieces. II. Design and Production of Collateral Pieces A. Template (8-1/2 x 11) - - Binder Guts 1. To be used in binder pages. 2. Can be run through printer so additional copy can be added as desired 3. Design layout for use as a template 4. Design layout for letterhead application 5. Copy if desired supplied by Sylvia 6. All required logos supplied by Sylvia 7. 4-color or 2-color based on final quantities and printing costs 8. Make document printer ready 9. Treehouse will send out print request and oversee printing. We will provide Sylvia with the bids and she can make final decision on which printer to use B. Template (8-1/2 x 11) - - Binder Cover 1. To be used as an insert into cover of binder handout. 2. Design layout for versatility in audience (company owner or employee) 3. Can be run through a printer so additional copy can be added as desired 4. All required logos provided by Sylvia 5. Presentation of layout for approval 4. 3 round of edits included in proposal David Carey - graphics proposal Page 3 , v 9 Total estimated cost: $5,000.00 Terms and Conditions The Treehouse Group requires 100% payment upon completion. Completion means items have been created and are ready to be produced by printer, production, web, internal ect. Signature on final contract and/or deposit is considered a binding contract. A 2% per monthly fee will be applied to all late payments. Upon default of payment, client will be responsible for all costs attorney fees necessary to collect payment in full. Approvals We invite and encourage client participation in all phases of the development process. We do require client sign -off approvals for each step of a project; this assures Treehouse and the client that all expectations are being met. Client Chances Client changes not included in this proposal will be discussed at time of change. All additional work and costs will be put in writing and signed by client and The Treehouse Group. Identity Richts All images, tag lines, names, layouts, copy created by The Treehouse Group, LLC is the sole property of The Treehouse Group, LLC until payment in full is received, whereupon ownership becomes sole property of client.
